After nearly twenty years as a practicing CPA, Chris Honkomp has taken his talents to Grit Capital. With a deeply rooted passion for growing business, Chris focuses on helping individuals and organizations meet their personal and business goals. Chris received a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa. He is a board member for the Tanager Place, serves as trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cedar Rapids, and is a member of AICPA, Iowa Society of CPAs, and Cedar Rapids Estate Planning Council. In his free time, Chris enjoys helping out on his family’s farm, playing baseball, softball and basketball, and attending college and professional sporting events.

As an activator, Amanda can often be found asking the question 'what’s the next step?'.
Amanda received a B.A. in Advertising from Iowa State University and is a board member for YPN. Amanda is passionate about the color turquoise, writing, wine, and running. She spends nearly all of her spare time with her family and would be happy to show you a picture (or three) of her two kiddos.
